Overview : The E Commerce Specialist will lead and develop e commerce sites, TikTok shop and be the main
driver of the platform including website content, product listings, and promotions.
Responsibilities : Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including website content, product listings, and promotions. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) and ensure high visibility in search results. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including email marketing, social media promotions, and PPC advertising. Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, product descriptions, and visuals that resonate with our target audience. Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and optimize checkout. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging e-commerce and digital marketing technologies. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Work closely with the IT team to ensure website functionality, security, and performance optimization. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Newsletter. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Familiarity with web development technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
