RESPONSIBILITIESLeverage your senior-level experience (approximately 5 years) to design, implement, and launch major user-facing features within Kforce's cloud-based contact centre platform.Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build modern front-end applications that enhance the user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the contact centre platform with CRM systems.Optimize front-end applications to deliver fast and reliable performance, ensuring a smooth user experience.Participate in code reviews and provide valuable insights to enhance code quality and maintain the codebase's overall structure.Demonstrate a keen product sense and the ability to proactively address user experience issues before initiating the coding process. Show a passion for creating exceptional user interfaces.REQUIREMENTS
