Duke Health seeks Pulmonary Critical Care Physician

The Duke Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine is seeking BC/BE Pulmonary and Critical Care trained physicians to join one of our clinical practices at either Duke Regional Hospital (located in Durham) or Duke Raleigh Hospital. Candidates must have training in pulmonary care and their critical care certification.
The selected individuals will be actively involved in both inpatient and outpatient duties including approximately 60% effort in the ICU and approximately 40% effort in the outpatient practice of pulmonary medicine.
- Duke Raleigh practice is located on the campus of Duke Raleigh Hospital and staffs the inpatient pulmonary consult service and mixed Med-Surg ICU at that facility
- Duke Raleigh ICU is staffed full time by intensivists as well as Advanced Practice Providers
- The Raleigh practice has 2 PFT labs in the clinic, and onsite lab and x-ray.
- Duke Regional has a mixed Med-Surg ICU staffed by full-time intensivists with Advanced Practice Provider and house staff support
- Duke Regional practice outpatient practice has PFT capability, allergy testing and lab facilities on-site with x-ray facilities next door
- Both outpatient practices are well established and dedicated to caring for a wide range of pulmonary diseases in patients 18 years and older
