Highly skilled H1b Visa will be considered, NO other visa, NO C2C, NO remoteSummary• As the senior product manager, you will work within a team that is charged with bringing new products to market aimed at solving infusion delivery problems.• This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in the U.S.Responsibilities• The senior product manager will help build products from ideas, concepts and help to develop new ones based on your healthcare and industry experience• This position will also work closely with program managers to ensure all product specifications are synergistic to other product plans. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer and ensure proper and ongoing communications internally. Working alongside the Clinicians and Sales, you will also serve as the evangelist and expert for your product offering. You will be responsible for organizing and participating in the voice of the customer focus groups and discovery sessions.• Create a business plan by objectively analyzing the opportunity to determine whether Fresenius should invest resources towards the product development or addition to the roadmap. Create sales tools and collateral for the product. Train the sales team to ensure they know to sell the product/ capability, Create/write articles, marketing collateral about the product (thought leadership), Create product positioning documents for key personas based on the problems its solving• Maintain awareness and understanding of the infusion pump market outside the hospital, e.g. market size, market requirements, competitors and competitor activity as it pertains to infusion pump products.• Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to launch, monitoring & sales support.• Collect voice-of-the-customer through interviews, focus groups and surveys to discover market problems.• Bring existing product concepts in development to market and manage the successful launch of these products.• Performs analyses assessing product strengths and weaknesses relative to opportunities and threats to contribute to company vision.• Assess the competitive landscape and identify competitive offerings• Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.• Develop product requirements to ensure the appropriate product is built• Work with a cross functional team (primarily R&D, Marketing and Customers).• Cultivate key reference sites for products that drive content for required marketing materials.• Promote and support product at conferences/tradeshows• Establish a pricing model of the feature/capability; Compare / contrast with competition• Plan and execute on the product launch• Support the implementation of the product/new capability at early adopter sites• Monitor performance of the product/feature at customer sites, how it impacts the company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to profitabilityQualifications• You must possess a unique blend of clinical, business, and technical; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality while always keeping patient safety and workflow effectiveness at the forefront. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.• Extensive product management experience. Must be able to communicate with all areas of the company.
