Join a national leader in healthcare innovation and technology as a Pulmonary physician at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Bare, and Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA. This Pulmonary position is for a physician with a bronchoscopy background including EBUS.
At a Glance:
- Enjoy a balance of outpatient Pulmonary practice, inpatient consultations, and procedures at these Level I and II trauma centers
- 3 weeks of outpatient Pulmonary work at GWV
- Inpatient service (7 days) dedicated to covering consultations on 1 campus: either GWV or GCMC
- Outpatient cases include lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, COPD, and asthma
- Procedures done in endoscopy suite include EBUS, thoracentesis, and navigational bronchoscopy
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Be an instrumental part of teaching, scholarly activities, interdisciplinary programs, committees and research
