Under limited supervision the Technical Support Analyst- Tier III installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Provides technical leadership and support and resolves problems of a comprehensive and complex nature. In this position, you can expect to work with the newest technologies in a collaborative and agile team environment.
This position is a support role; however, to be successful in this role, this person must have coding experience (C#/.NET).
Responsibilities
Performs advanced technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves complex system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.Manage problem, or more in-depth, tickets that were escalated from Tier1 support.Oversees and performs the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, networks, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Preferred Education and Experience
BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent educationC# or .NET CORE experienceDevelopment experience with Microsoft SQL serverExperience with Agile/SCRUM processesExperience with Windows 10/Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and Internet Explorer.Innovative problem-solving abilityPersistence with problem solving even when experiencing setbacksAbility to shift gears and learn new technology or information quicklyEffective time management and priority-setting skills
