We are searching for an IT Manager of Network Services to join our growing IT Team!

As an

IT Manager of Network Services , you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's computer networks. You will oversee a small team responsible for network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security, and efficient operation of data communication systems. You will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training where required. This is a highly impactful role that contributes to a seamless and efficient customer experience by ensuring that we have a reliable and secure network infrastructure in place.

How will you impact our organization as an IT Manager of Network Services on a daily basis?

Manage, anticipate, analyze, and track network components across the company to ensure business applications and users operate with minimal interruption.Provide quality service to team members regarding network management, maintain and manage the network connectivity to ensure minimal business interruptions.Identify, establish and manage technical requirements and practices for networks, security solutions and telephone management.Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to consistent practices for the implementation and changes to WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi services including VOIP based telephony.Assist in the development of technical requirements, business plans, and proposals, including the planning and design of technical projects, vendor selection, and cost/benefit analyses as applicable.Develop strategies for long term efficiency of network services that align with organizational goals and stay informed of industry trends to enhance network capabilitiesAnalyze network performance regularly to identify areas for improvement or support strategic decision making.Leadership and Communication Skills:

Demonstrate ability to work with a group to set objectives, generate allegiance to those objectives and guide and motivate their achievement.Effectively supervise employees, including ability to mentor, evaluate and guide staff to increase skill level, morale, and efficiency.Delegate responsibility and authority to maximize use of employees’ skills.Provide vision, leadership and motivate others in pursuit of Company goals, vision statement and core values.Lead a team in a constructive and collaborative manner; adapts interaction style to situations and people.Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant IT technologies with an emphasis on planning and managing an enterprise-level data network and security management tools.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field required or equivalent experience.Demonstrated hands-on managerial experience to lead and mentor a team effectively.Experience working with network devices, scalability constraints, and design.Experience working with scripting language to monitor system performance of data center infrastructure/environment.Expertise with network management, VOIP, security management, and wireless network services.Thorough understanding of IP Network, including VLANs, firewalls, switches and other network equipment.Strong understanding of Azure and cloud environments.Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience migrating NETGEAR switches to Cisco Meraki switches for improved efficiency and functionality.Familiarity with WatchGuard Firewall.Familiarity with SD-WAN.Why should you join Composites One?
