Summary:The Mobile Division Business Analyst will provide sales and account management support for the Target sales teams. They will report to the Director in National Retail and be responsible for supporting a company in Target collective business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage weekly promotional pricing submissions process for TargetCompile and communicate Target's on-site merchandising Proof of PerformanceAssist in research, reconciliation and resolution of disputed financial claims through Vendor portal and through Target Account ManagerEnsure company compliance of Target's various policies governing new item set-up, PDP content, and creation of merchandising assets for onsite promotionsAssist with investigation and response to Target notifications and escalationsInterface with multiple internal teams, including marketing, sales operations, finance and business intelligence and assist in increasing efficiencies and functionality in the sales processMaintain internal sales and account management documents (promotions roadmaps, promotions submission templates, promotions agreements, marketing planner, sales and insights reporting, etc.)Support/develop analysis on promotional effectivenessExecute financial approvals for promotions, MDF and other funds that support the retailer
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant business experienceDemonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accountability and commitment to excellenceExceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritizeAbility to utilize technology in creating workplace and process efficienciesProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and WordSelf-starter with strong work ethic and positive attitudeExcellent communication and relational skillsEnjoy collaboration with the team but know when to take ownership of tasks
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
