Overnight Client Care Representative

Pay - $19-$21/hr dependent upon experience plus shift differentials of $2 between 7pm-11pm and $3 between 11pm-7am.
Some duties you can expect will consist of:Answer incoming calls, triaging urgent messages, directing calls to appropriate departmentEffectively communicate/resolve client questions via phone and emailMaintain an empathetic and compassionate demeanor when working with our pet parentsAssist referring hospitals with questions in timely and efficient mannerMaintain medical recordsWhat makes the best candidates?
Have a desire to help people through what is often a stressful event in their livesMinimum two-years of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience preferred)Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
