ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Network Engineer focused on Network Engineering, Media, and Broadcast to implement and support highly resilient and scalable networks supporting our digital media streaming platform for live broadcast Sports events.The Network Engineering team will work closely with multiple teams and disciplines across the enterprise to conceptualize, build and integrate solutions and services to support the challenging real-time requirements of the Media and Broadcast business.Join the team and make your mark as we continue to scale up our media and broadcast operations!
ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate should have a proven track record implementing and supporting large-scale mission critical networks and troubleshooting complex problems.Media and/or broadcast experience are a huge plus.We are looking for strong written and in-person communication, and a self-starter that can identify and solve problems early on and help mentor junior members of the team.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESImplement and support secure technology solutions capable of transporting live and file-based content over private and public networksSupport various technology projects to design and build out scalable solutions to business related problemsSupport efforts across the organization to troubleshoot critical service impacting issuesMentor junior members of the teamServe as point of escalation for network issuesParticipate in 24/7 on-call rotationManage and maintain data center infrastructure for customer facing servicesInterface with carriers for operational supportOther duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEEDBS in a related field or equivalent experienceExperience working with large scale networksExperience in deploying and supporting data centers utilizing Spine-leaf architectureAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience with network platforms such as Arista, Palo Alto, Cisco and/or JuniperAdvanced network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skillsStrong experience with, and advanced knowledge in the following protocols & technologies: QoS, Multicast, BGP, IPSEC & VPNs, Telemetry, packet capture and analysisEVPN-VXLANStrong time management and prioritization

$150k - $175k + 7.5% target bonus
