Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and attentive

Seasonal Pool Attendants

to join our team from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool area, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents and guests. Please note, this position is not responsible for lifeguard duties.

Responsibilities of the Pool Attendant:

Monitor pool area and adjacent amenities to ensure compliance with community policiesConduct rounds to observe activities and address any issues or concernsEnforce pool rules and regulationsCheck wristbands of residents and guests to ensure compliance with pool access policiesMaintain cleanliness of pool area, including picking up trash and organizing pool furnitureAssist residents and guests with inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional mannerReport any maintenance or safety issues to management immediatelyPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Pool Attendant:

1+ years of security experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThe schedule will be weekends and holidays, 11:30am-8:00pm

Physical Requirements of the Pool Attendant:

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 30 poundsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
