What is the Role:

DCG is a hyper growth organization looking for a motivated and passionate individual to work directly with the CFO and senior leaders of the Finance team, as well as cross-functionally with other members of DCG and its subsidiaries, to formulate new and support existing projects and initiatives. The Strategic Project Manager will develop deep expertise in our processes and workflows, diagnose inefficiencies and weaknesses, design optimized workflows, and manage these processes and workflows with precision between and among different DCG groups and constituencies.

You will be a mission-critical and hands on part of the DCG Finance team charged with exceptional execution on a day-to-day basis. With an expert understanding of our various systems, objectives and constraints you will enable DCG Finance to achieve our goals with precision by identifying points of failure and working effectively to promptly remedy problems in real time.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Support the CFO and senior Finance team members to formulate and define various projects’ scope and objectives, based upon business needs and objectives.

Develop understanding and insight into our various protocols and workflows across the DCG ecosystem.

Diagnose areas of risk and points of potential failure, and develop improved approaches to reduce and/or eliminate same.

Assist in designing, building and implementing optimized procedures and workflows with direction from senior Finance leadership and cross functional teams with the goal of ensuring better accuracy and efficiency across the

Finance organization and related departments.

Develop and maintain detailed work plans across DCG Finance’s pipeline, working across functional teams including Finance, Financial Operations, Legal, and DCG’s subsidiaries

Manage and ensure exceptional execution on a day-to-day basis with work plans, project roadmaps and milestone deadlines by communicating with all relevant participants, auditing outputs and outcomes on a real time basis, and taking all steps and measures needed to remedy issues and problems.

Provide KPI tracking and measurement re the above to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

3 – 5 years of experience in a related project-management role in the financial services sector

Proven track record of success in terms of taking direct responsibility for complex processes and workflows and achieving objective results

Demonstrated ability to understand, map and diagnose complex processes and workflows requiring cross-functional collaboration

Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with different stakeholders across an organization

Comfort with rapidly changing circumstances and ability to respond in a professional and intelligent manner to address issues and problems as they emerge

Demonstrated ability to crystalize process and workflows into readily understood written and visual terms together with associated issues and proposed solutions

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Extensive MS PowerPoint and reporting experience

Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills

Comfort with independent work but also a collaborative worker / team player

Crypto curious
