As the Lead Product Manager for Natterbox Core Apps, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our products in this domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your goal will be to drive the success of our products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.The Natterbox Core domain is the heart of our platform, powering the Phone System, Contact Center Routing Functionality, and Administrative & End-User Experiences. We help businesses create hyper-personalized and orchestrated experiences by leveraging the power of their Salesforce platform to intelligently route calls to the right person at the right time. We enrich users' desktop experience with the most up-to-date information so they can respond to sales and support needs with accurate and timely resolutions. This Product Manager will oversee our strategy for key components like availability, status, and queuing, as well as the attributes and activities relating to user provisioning, groups, skills, and permissions.ResponsibilitiesConduct customer & market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization based on value to our business, technology, and user goals.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery - from planning, to development, testing, QA, and including release coordination.Manage the product lifecycle, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement or new features.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning, and messaging.Support product enablement, communication, and support to revenue-facing teams (Sales, Alliances, customer success, professional services, and support teams).Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer feedback, and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.Technical background or understanding of software development is a plus.Passionate about technology and digital innovation, with a drive to constantly learn and stay ahead of industry trends.What we offer you
