About the team

This team is involved in Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

What you will be doing

Administrator will be responsible for installation and Configuration of Hadoop, Deployment of applications across multiple Clusters and Instance. Monitoring of the environment, User provisioning, Security Policies and providing the best practices. Responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise Hadoop environment. Involves designing, capacity arrangement, cluster set up, performance fine-tuning, monitoring, structure planning, scaling and administration. The administrator consultant will work closely with infrastructure, network, database, business intelligence and application teams to ensure business applications are highly available and performing within agreed on service levels. Need to implement concepts of Hadoop eco system such as YARN, MapReduce, HDFS, HBase, Zookeeper, Pig and Hive.

. What you bring:

7 to 15 years of experience in Bigdata / Hadoop Admin. Hadoop eco system such as YARN, MapReduce, HDFS, HBase, Zookeeper, Pig and Hive Good Experience in Spark & Kafka Responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise Hadoop environment In charge of installing, administering, and supporting Windows and Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment. Accountable for storage, performance tuning and volume management of Hadoop clusters and MapReduce routines
