IT Program Manager

Hansen Talent Group is looking to hire a IT Program Manager to work with one of the largest enterprises in Columbia, SC. This is a remote role.This person will manage Technology work efforts through an assigned team that would include Business System Analysts, Technical Analysts, Software Designers/Architects, Developers, and business users, and would oversee and managed work tasks through the software development lifecycle including Scope, design, Development, testing and implementation.What you'll do:Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system/customer impacts to greater complexity system/customer impacts.Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations.Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis. Ensures resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues.Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort.Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.Mentors other project leads and participates in the training and development of staff.Requirements and Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools7 years IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams.Completion of the BCBSSC Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.Project Management experience,Microsoft Office Suite, project planning tools, Technology Project Management
