Description:
Must-Have Skills: - Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot. - Solid experience with Oracle PL/SQL. - Familiarity with JMS, Kafka, SOAP/REST Web Services, Quartz Scheduler, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/Ibatis/Mybatis. - Financial services background (Ideally Securities landing, foreign exchange , market risk management, collatoral management - but not a requirement) Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Public Cloud technologies. - Proficiency in UNIX/LINUX bash/shell scripting. - Knowledge of UI framework technologies like Angular JS, React JS. Required Experience: - At least 7 years of professional experience in Java development, preferably within financial services. - Demonstrated experience in financial risk management projects is highly desirable. Day-to-Day Expectations: - Engage in all phases of software development from design to implementation, focusing on Java/Spring Boot. - Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with global teams. - Prioritize and efficiently manage production support alongside development tasks.

This role is supporting Global Markets Risk and Capital Optimization IT area - specifically looking at two projects currently (Custody Assets as FX Collateral, and SF Risk and Collateral projects).
