SAP SuccessFactors EC Implementation LeadLocation: Remote with 40% Travel to ChicagoUSC or GC, W2 only can be considered.Duration: 12 Months

Description:Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors EC module to align with the organization's HR policies, processes, and requirements. This includes defining employee data fields, workflows, organizational structures, and other relevant configurations.Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors EC with other HR systems and applications, such as payroll, talent management, and time tracking systems.Engage with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, IT teams, and end-users, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the Employee Central platform effectively.Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation projects. This involves creating project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR users and administrators on how to use the SAP SuccessFactors EC system effectively. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any system-related issues or inquiries.Requirements:5+ years of proven experience in leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from start to finish.In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC module, including configuration, data modeling, and integration capabilities.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Experience in HR process design and optimization, preferably in a global or multinational organization.SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is highly desirable.
