Role Overview:As our Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud suite. Collaborating with our finance and IT departments, you will ensure our cloud financial system aligns with business needs, enabling improved efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial processes.
Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud functionalities, identifying customizations and extensions where necessary.
Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, and Cash Management, to meet business needs.
Facilitate the integration of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud with other cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring cohesive data flow and functionality.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new financial systems and processes.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and training materials.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
Solid experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, including a track record of successful implementations and configurations.
Deep understanding of financial operations and principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Oracle Cloud certification in Financials is highly preferred.

Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud and its integration capabilities with other systems.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
