The Team

Empowering and informing TripleLift’s hiring managers on best practices, the Talent Acquisition Team facilitates the creation of high-performing teams across global markets. We ensure that we have the right people in place to bring TripleLift’s goals to fruition. 

The Role

TripleLift is hiring a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team. Working collaboratively with our hiring managers and reporting into the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Business & Operations this contract offers the opportunity to make an impact filling mission critical reqs and has the potential to become a permanent position. 

The day-to-day of this role will include full-cycle recruitment; you’ll source, schedule, screen, interview, and close candidates across our Revenue, Business Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams. Your role will be hugely impactful on TripleLift’s business and you’ll have the opportunity to work with fantastic people at every step. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a first-class candidate experience
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels seeking high-quality candidates for open reqs and proactively creating high-potential candidate pools
  • Proactively get in front of high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach and networking
  • Interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, assist them through the interview process, and conduct reference checks, and negotiate offers

Requirements

  • 2+ years AdTech recruiting experience
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems with a resourceful approach at all stages of hiring process
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward, while also working fast under pressure
  • Desire to learn and build on your craft
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic, while also having fun
US Contract Jobs: This hourly range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift USD hourly range for this position. Actual hourly pay will vary within this range and is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
