Manage a portfolio of Lyft’s strategic healthcare partnersResponsible for quarterly revenue goals and growing the book of businessRun partner and prospect meetings, trainings, product demonstrations, and quarterly business reviewsServe as a trusted partner by understanding partners’ business and challenges, continuously utilizing data to uncover opportunities for expansion or operational improvementBecome a subject matter expert on healthcare and transportation to understand partner priorities and anticipate partner needsWork with cross-functional stakeholders across legal, compliance, strategy, product and marketingProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency and be an owner of change managementManage and forecast sales opportunities in Salesforce CRMExperience And Skills

4+ years of account management, business development, management consulting, or similar experienceProven track record of exceeding revenue targets and goalsHealthcare experience and understanding of payers, providers, and value-based care arrangementsProficient in analyzing, interpreting, and extracting data for partner needsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsTeam-first mentality and ability to work with a wide range of individualsProactive, self-starter with strong project management and organizational skillsAbility to navigate complicated situations with a high-level of professionalism, customer service, and work ethicPassion for Lyft’s mission and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environmentBenefits

Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $87,300 - $97,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
