This role is responsible for communicating the Gray Analytics cybersecurity services value proposition to prospects in the Connex Marketplace and overall Commercial Market. In this role, the incumbent will cultivate new business and generate new opportunities in the Connex Marketplace as a primary focus. However, to ensure that quota requirements are met the candidate can build/nurture relationships in the overall Commercial Market as needed.Key functions to this role are developing pursuit strategies to drive new business opportunities, which includes understanding client challenges and highlighting how Gray Analytics solutions and services will enhance and simplify their security and compliance efforts.Leads by example and demonstrates the highest level of teamwork and professional qualities in all activities to enhance Gray Analytics' position in the marketplace.Maintain awareness of all new services, and internal changes to policy, technology, and sales initiatives.Develop job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development.What You'll Be Doing
The incumbent will identify and qualify prospects, develop, and present proposals, and consistently meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.Proactively pursue qualified leads who have expressed interest in Gray Analytics services.Identify, cultivate, and close new client deals while consistently delivering on targeted Signings, Revenue and Profit.Utilize the existing CRM solution throughout the sales cycle including an accurate forecast of sales pipeline and appropriate activity metrics (Calls, emails, meetings).Builds account plans, based on customer business objectives and future business plans aiding clients in planning their information security long/short term strategies.Communicate competitive intelligence and activity to leader to ensure we keep ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges.Cultivate and manage relationships with Channel partners.Partners with vendor technology representatives for product resell opportunities.Maintains a high degree of competitive and product knowledge including evolving cybersecurity trends across the full range of products and services.Participates in industry and business-related organizations, societies, conferences, and other client-related activities to maintain professional credibility and leadership.Must Haves
Bachelor's degree or higher.Nice To Haves
Previous Sales Experience with Defense Industrial Base Organizations.Ability to Lead Sales Organizations.Relationships within the Defense Industrial Base, Manufacturing Partnerships, and Enterprise Organizations.Security Requirements
