What You’ll Do:Serve as subject matter expert on Workday including design for business process configuration, security and administration related to one or more BP functional areas of Workday (i.e. HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)Participate in meetings to determine business needs and conduct feasibility study of the requirementsContinuous research of Workday applications’ functionality and features that could be implemented to meet business requirementsParticipate in Fit/Gap AnalysisResearch and prepare mass uploads for various application data changes for application areas assigned; troubleshoots data related issuesProvide application support such as incident triage, research application bugs, respond to customer escalations, scenario re-creation and document findingsSupport global data integrity management and identify system data issues to addressPrepare test scripts; execute, conduct and support user testing through rollout of new system functionalityParticipate in post-implementation evaluations in support of continuous process improvementReview system audit reports and perform resolution of moderately complex production issuesCreate and support service requests with Workday related vendors as assigned to resolve functionality issuesCoordinate and communicate on system events: system maintenance/downtime, basic changes in functionality, etc.Share experiences and functional knowledge with other functional analystsCollaborate with global HR/HRIS team members to ensure system usage consistency across regionEnsure processes meet SOX control complianceWhat You’ll Bring:Exposure to Workday configurations and integrations (e.g., EIBs, Cloud Connect, , Report Writer, Calculated Fields)Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS VisioDemonstrated understanding of project management concepts and the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standardsExcellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, including data analysisStrong organizational, interpersonal, communication and customers service skills with both technical and functional end-usersExperience in process improvement and ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutionsMust be able to quickly adapt to learn new systemsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5-7 years functional HR experienceExperience with Workday HRMS highly preferredWorkday PRO certification highly preferred
