Our client is an Am Law 100 firm with a national footprint, recognized in Tier 1 for Labor & Employment Litigation and Employment Law.Key Responsibilities:Handle litigation of employment-related lawsuits, including wage and hour disputes and agency charges.Act as representatives for employers in various legal proceedings, encompassing a wide array of employment issues such as class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and contract disputes.Provide guidance and counsel on employment and labor law matters, with a focus on California regulations.Requirements:Possession of a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.At least 3 years of experience in employment law.Active membership in the California State Bar.Strong comprehension of state and federal agency procedures.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
