Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, screening, and assessing candidates for multiple business units. The TA Partner is also responsible for creating and providing candidates, throughout all levels, to the hiring leaders, in consultation with the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position also performs functions to source, interview, and recruit to establish a pipeline of candidates within a specific business unit and/or region.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a Hybrid Position. The employee can sit in any of the offices in Orlando, Florida; Jacksonville, Florida, or Tampa, Florida.

Your Responsibilities:

Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand future and existing talent needs of the business, including having the ability to network, communicate and manage relationships with internal hiring managers, outside vendors and candidates. Meet with internal hiring managers to discuss upcoming company needs and develop recruitment plan.Develop creative approaches to identifying and recruiting high quality candidates, while pursuing cost-containment options, utilizing technology, external job boards, career fairs, college fairs, social media platforms.Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to meet service level agreements according to guidelines and exceed stakeholder’s expectations.Coordinate and implement recruiting strategies to identify top applicants for open positions. Source and screen candidates, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, present candidates to hiring manager and make recommendations.Review candidate pools that have applied to requisitions to identify those with the qualifications to be phone screened. Manage requisitions, database of candidates, job postings and status reports in applicant tracking system – Recruiting Manager.Perform background checks, generate and extend offers to candidates and make appropriate data entry into system for new hires as needed or requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited college or university (preferred), and at least 2-4 years of recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have experience using conventional, internet and alternative sourcing techniques, including but not limited to, cold calling, proactive database searches, and web mining (referral generation).Proven track record in developing a passive candidate pipeline.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.Detail oriented and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.High proficiency researching the Internet.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven.Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment and decision-making abilities.
