Job Description: • Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Business Process Architect will utilize mix of experience that includes advisory, process knowledge and product skills. Business Architect will be part of Advisory / pre-sales team and has knowledge to design, advice, sell and manage Quote-to-Cash programs, will help define industry and product leading sales and front-end transformation programs. • --- Salesforce Quote-to-Cash (QTC) practice offers rewarding opportunities to grow skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/CRM/ business application products (including leading QTC players) and enablers - allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and --- while keeping your career ahead of the curve QTC Process and Business Architect should have very strong process knowledge with 5+ years of consulting experience in CRM, Quote-to-Cash, configure, price and quoting processes. • QTC Process and Business Architect should have deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes and how it ties in CPQ from upstream or downstream. • Experience managing at least 4 large-scale full-life cycle implementations of QTC/ CPQ/ CLM solutions, including ownership of the technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials • Experience defining systems strategy, road-map, developing process flow diagrams,developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions • Responsible for the process and solution design, architecture design, and drive implementation and support of quote-to-cash (CRM/CPQ/CLM/Commerce) processes during pre-sales and Advisory efforts • Be able to understand the key features and functionalities across major CPQ products like Apttus-Conga/ Salesforce CPQ/ SAP CPQ/ etc. solutions to help advise our clients on right solution fitment • Experience carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading business development pursuit's end-to-end • Mandatory Apttus-Conga and/or Salesforce CPQ (or similar product) design experience & deep understanding of the core CPQ/ CLM architecture • Certification in Apttus-Conga and/or Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud) is mandatory • Designs, configures, and develops custom code/objects, preferably, using the Apttus-Conga / Salesforce CPQ (or similar product) developer toolkit • Identify and design Customization in related to CPQ ecosystem and pass it on to development teams • Understand design web services API integrations with other systems including CRM and ERP/QTC systems • Manage product proprietary and confidential product pricing and configuration information • Understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, Javascript, AJAX, SOAP-based web services is preferred • Provide guidance and best practices around CPQ solutions including product configuration, administration of price book, proposal development, and related elements • Architecting experience on overall CX products (Ex. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Additional Qualifications: • Has proven track record of architecting complex CPQ solutions in any of manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Medical, Retail, Utilities industry • Manage project delivery across portfolios and industries • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) • Manage multi-location, multi-service line teams • Impart training to junior team members on key CX technology areas • Bid management, estimation of effort for system configuration, integration and implementation • Assist in the architecture and development of future state plans of market leader in CPQ space • Understanding of integration with Order Fulfillment and Billing system • Consulting Skills - Ability to present and conduct workshops, drive discussions across diverse groups. • Preferred certifications in Apttus / Salesforce CPQ (or similar product like SFDC, Vlocity/etc.)
