Overview

MUST HAVE ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE (EDI) EXPERIENCE.The Systems Analyst, Sales & Marketing is an Information Technology (IT) professional who partners with leaders in the Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Service departments to provide a balance of operational support and project / implementation work. They will engage their stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work effort and manage projects focused on marketing, lead generation, sales force automation, and quote-to-order processes. They will support our JD Edwards ERP(JDE), EDI and Salesforce.com.

The Systems Analyst, Sales & Marketing will perform a variety of critical tasks to support IT operations including troubleshooting system issues, analyzing, designing and implementing system changes as well as maintaining their knowledge of the latest vendor releases and understanding how those changes affect our company’s own implementations. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Applications.Responsibilities

The Systems Analyst will oversee all technical activities required to support the Sales & Marketing systems within the company:Monitor and maintain EDI transaction processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction issues related to Purchase orders(PO'S), Purchase order acknowledgements, Advanced shipping notices(ASN'S) and InvoicesPerform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of EDI enhancementsSupport all EDI transactions in mapping, testing and integration testing with EDI partners.Assist in the design and implementation of EDI-related enhancements and improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document EDI requirementsProficiency in JDE Order to Cash processes such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Billing and Accounts Receivable and an understanding of how modules interact with each otherAbility to be self-guided and take charge with minimal supervisionAssign and remove access to users related to SOD and SOX requirementsRun quarterly SOD and Sox reports for internal auditWork with internal audit for any special requestsReview user set up in the JDE ERP for completenessDesign and Develop Salesforce apps with Flows, Apex, SOQL, SOSL,JAVA, CSS, HTML and Lightning Web ComponentsPerform Salesforce admin tasksQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or other related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a role involving evaluating, analyzing or supporting ERP systems.Experience with software implementation projectsStrong time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills.CompetenciesThe Systems Analyst, Sales & Marketing should have the following skills:Performing needs analysisEliciting requirementsDefining business casesDocumenting business processesFlow and process diagrammingProblem solvingDeveloping and managing test plansKnowledgeThe Systems Analyst, Sales & Marketing must have knowledge and experience of the following:Evaluating, selecting and implementing IT systemsA strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and AppExchange. Experience in supporting Servicemax or Salesforce Field Service is a plus.Experience with JDE ERP processes , JDE security and EDI processes is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience within the manufacturing and distribution industry is a plus.#LIEEO
