As we expand, we are seeking a visionary Director of Technology to lead our IT initiatives and drive innovation.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with our business goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technology vision for the organization.Vendor Management:
Work closely with IT vendors to ensure seamless implementation, maintenance, and support of technology solutions. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.Brand Standards:
Familiarize yourself with major brand standards (Hilton, Marriott, IHG) and ensure our technology infrastructure complies with their requirements.Business Fundamentals:
Understand the hospitality industry’s nuances, including pricing strategy, guest relations, and revenue management.IT Security:
Implement robust security protocols to safeguard our systems, data, and guest information.Microsoft Tools:
