As an Industrial Cleaning Lead Hand, you will assume a leadership role in our operations, overseeing the safe and effective operation of our cleaning systems. Your responsibilities will include adhering to our cleaning procedures, operating and maintaining a range of industrial cleaning equipment, such as pumps, diesel engines, thermal fluid heaters, knuckle boom cranes (under 8 tons), and heavy machinery. Mentorship of new employees is vital to this position along with ensuring all safety precautions are followed.

Position Overview:

As a Lead, you will assume a leadership role in our operations, overseeing the safe and effective operation of our cleaning systems. Your responsibilities will include adhering to our cleaning procedures, operating and maintaining a range of industrial cleaning equipment, such as pumps, diesel engines, thermal fluid heaters, knuckle boom cranes (under 8 tons), and heavy machinery. Mentorship of new employees is vital to this position along with ensuring all safety precautions are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Traveling 75% (Project Based) requiredEffectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure operational efficiency.Collaborate with the team to address and resolve operational challenges and technical issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date clean and as free certifications, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.Uphold and promote a culture of safety, ensuring that safety protocols and guidelines are rigorously adhered to by all team members.Oversee routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, coordinating with maintenance personnel as needed.Operate and maintain various industrial cleaning equipment, including pumps, diesel engines, andthermal fluid heaters.Safely operate knuckle boom cranes (under 8 tons) and heavy machinery.Ensure secure load handling for the safe transportation of equipment.Adhere to stringent safety protocols and guidelines.Operate equipment efficiently to meet project requirements.Key Qualifications:

Hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license.Extensive knowledge of pumps, diesel engines, thermal fluid heaters, knuckle boom cranes, and heavy equipment.Proficiency in secure load handling for transportation.Compliance with Electronic Logbooks.A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.Effective communication skills.Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy equipment.Willingness to work in various environments and weather conditions.Previous experience in industrial cleaning equipment operation is advantageous.Physical Requirements
