Digital Marketing Manager

OBJECTIVE
The aim of Passion Equip is to create innovative digital products and experiences for people around the world to use daily in their walk with Jesus. The Digital Marketing Manager of Passion Equip will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the digital marketing strategy and execution. This includes building brand awareness and driving global users to Passion Equip products and content through marketing campaigns and advertising.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, own, and steward the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, new users, and user engagement of Passion Equip
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Collaborate with Passion Equip product and content leadership
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights—and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with other marketing and creative teams across Passion
Build a digital marketing team by hiring, managing, and developing marketing personnel

REPORTS TO
Managing Director, Passion Publishing
AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing—with at least 3 years in digital marketing (experience with marketing software iOS/Android apps is a plus)
3+ years experience in managing digital marketing personnel
Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO, and SEM
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with analytical tools to monitor web traffic and app metrics (installs, CPI, etc.)
