We are hiring a Head of Business Development who will identify, assess and execute strategic initiatives including partnerships, content licensing & distribution, platform expansion, and expanded monetization offerings. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, the ideal candidate will have experience and relationships in the digital video and social media space.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the strategic and business development vision for Content Management Business Unit and identify ways we can advance our services and deliver more value to partners across our global markets;Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with RHEI goals and objectives;Oversee the development of compelling pitch materials, sales processes and new partner analysis;Manage the entire new partnerships funnel from prospecting to execution. This includes creating proposals and negotiating and managing agreements with partners, including renewals, and ensuring that all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements;Identify potential new revenue streams relating to Content Management for enterprise partners that contribute to growth, engagement and revenue optimization;Strategically lead and support the Content Management business development team to optimize revenue generation from SaaS, Rights Management, Channel Management and Content Development solutions for our global enterprise clients to meet revenue targets;Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with our top Content Management partners, understanding their core needs, measuring how RHEI is meeting those needs and identifying opportunities for growth;Identify and model financial opportunities for new business activities and partners, and carry opportunities through the sales life cycle;Maintain a strong understanding of the ongoing changes in the digital space in order to utilize the latest sources of research insights and market data;Represent RHEI and industry thought leadership at industry events, conferences - as required;Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and executionof partnerships;Work with R&D team to develop solutions and technology to support RHEI's business development initiatives;Other duties as reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.Requirements

A minimum of ten years of relevant and progressive experience, with at least five of those years focused on building strategic partnerships in the video spaceBachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated track record of securing innovative and impactful business development partnerships in digital & social media, technology and/or entertainmentStrong technical understanding of all prominent video platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTokProven expertise in complex negotiations and ongoing partner/account managementDemonstrated competence in preparing presentations, business plans, budgetsAbility to present compelling and complex insights to internal and external stakeholdersHighly motivated, self-starter, able to remain adaptable and move quickly in a rapidly changing environmentMedia, technology, and digital entertainment industry knowledge is a must
