SUMMARY
Enhances our customers' positive service experience by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles.
Responsibilities
Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repairedUses good judgment and safe driving skillsKeeps a timely shuttle routeAssists passengers getting in and out of vehiclesOperates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of serviceKeeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up pointResponsible for keeping the shuttle vehicle clean at all timesAssist the porter with parking service vehicles and keeping the service lane and customer lounge cleanAssist service advisors with various duties to promote customer satisfactionQualifications
