Associate's Degree in Business;
OR5+ years of experienceAble to read/understand mechanical drawingsKnowledge using ERP systemsStrong communication, math and organizational skills requiredResource Capacity, Ethical Conduct, Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Decision Making and Financial Management requiredPeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with business metricsAbility to use computer for entering and retrieving dataWhat You'll Do as a Sales Coordinator
Coordinate sales projectsLiaison between Sales Department and Engineering, Manufacturing and Procurement DepartmentsManage multiple priorities in an organized manner while still maintaining professional and respectful working relationships with customers and colleaguesProvide customer sales support, directly & with account managers which may include entering project requests, formal quotes and new order entryWrite and maintain accurate, up-to-date files for all customer related activitiesMonitor Tech Center projectsCommunicate effectively with Sales Management, Account Managers and customers to update project statusAssist sales team and coordinate efforts in support of those customers requiring continuous cost downs/ continuous improvement initiativesSchedule and track first article through final approval on all new orders and EC'sMay prospect and develop new accounts through lead follow- up and managed select accounts as requiredSupport and assist in the consolidation of information related to major bid packagesManage customer survey requests as requiredObtain quotes and pricing on certain jobs and required toolingMay establish and provide pricing information in support of Manufacturer Reps.Prepare correspondence, presentations, monthly reportsMake travel and other arrangements, purchase supplies for office. Maintain petty cashManage and coordinate customer calls and walk-insManage a limited group of small dollar volume accounts via telephone and on-site visitsPerform other tasks as assigned
