JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

This is an in-office position. All candidates should live within commutable distance of our Agoura Hills, CA office.

COMPENSATION:Base Pay:

$19.00 per hour plus bonus potential of up to $4,458.63 monthly based on individual and team performance.

Tiered Retention Bonus:

Receive $500 upon completion of 3 months from the start date.An additional $500 upon completion of 6 months from the start date.

*Incentive:

If the department exceeds its goal, eligible agents in the bonus range will receive a "kicker" ranging from $100.00 to $750.00, based on goal achievement.* All agent incentive opportunities may vary monthly, and are not guaranteed, and are subject to change.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.Brief Descriptions

The role of the 60-day collector is a critical position for Westlake Financial to resolve accounts potentially 31 to 60 days past due to prevent loan losses through progressive collection efforts. Our candidate of choice will be able to balance the following skills sets to be successful.

DUTIES, TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):

Good negotiation skills- accomplished through mutual communication between agent and customer to successfully obtain payment.Negotiate with customers to create payment solutions based on individual circumstances.Meet and exceed daily goals and monthly goals.Initiate outbound calls that are effective in scope, and lead to successful payment or timely arrangement to satisfy the account delinquency.Demonstrates ability to be a team player.Collect accounts that are past due.Bring delinquency down in assigned queue and overall delinquency.Conduct skip-tracing activity to generate potential leads on customers or collateral.Handle a high volume of calls in a high-stress environment.Work with a repossession agent to secure collateral.Meet quality assurance and productivity standardsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES
