Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 15 years
and has earned The Joint Commissions Stroke Certification and Brain Injury Certification. At our 44-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services, as well as Home Health services to our patients, serving the communities of Northern Arizona. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Van Driver PRN to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!As a participating hospital of Ernest Health, our patients are family. Qualifications:Required Skills:Valid state drivers license.Driving record must meet the standards of the Transportation Policy.Basic Life Support/CPR card required.Six months van transport experience preferred.Additional Qualifications/Skills :Demonstrates proficiency using the machines, tools, equipment and/or work aids appropriate for the position.Effective organizational and time management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.Ability to work closely and professionally with others.Are you interested in relocating? Responsibilities:Transports patients, staff or equipment to and from various outside appointments, clinics, nursing facilities or other ancillary locations via hospital owned van. Integrates the hospitals mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
