The Role

The position purpose of a Warehouse Associate I is to know the basic functions of working within the warehouse, as well as beginning to learn the essential duties for multiple departments within the Fulfillment/Operation areas. As a Warehouse Associate I, you are expected to have the basic comprehension needed to fulfill your daily duties. This comprehension entails being able to take daily directions from leadership and to have the understanding to know how your role affects others within the warehouse. This role is essential in learning to become/transition to a Warehouse Associate II and advancing within the company. This is an entry level position for those with little to no warehouse experience.
