Principal Accountabilities:Assist team with updating PC operating systems.Diagnose PC / printer/ phone / equipment / software issues and resolve as required.Assist with the deployment and support of software.Provide technical support for computer and software related issues.Respond to issues with a sense of urgency and facilitate communications to resolve issues.Set up equipment for new users.Manage Active Directory user accounts and password resets.Monitor data center equipment and servers.Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/troubleshooting software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more.Weekly on-call rotation for IT support of facility is required.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study preferred.Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve multiple issues.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to travel as necessary and authorized to work in the U.S.Competitive pay and benefit package.PCA provides a competitive comprehensive benefits package.PCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Veterans/Disabled and other protected categoriesAll
