Cybersecurity Technical Account ManagerWe are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Technical Account Manager (TAM) with Exabeam experience and knowledge. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with our customers, build relationships with them and help them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges. This individual will be independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to define and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of world-class TAM service offering. The TAM will be a part of the Customer Success team and will partner with Sales and Product teams to drive customer satisfaction. This position is based on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Responsibilities

Assist Exabeam customers' technical requests and take care of any technical issuesBuild strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsorsAddress any Exabeam technical support requests and issue escalations if needed. Address all account-related queries in a timely fashion.Provide internal Lumifi development team with customers' feedback to help identify potential new product featuresAlways strive to provide exceptional customer experienceManage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfactionMake sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers' requirementsKeep track of key account metricsCommunicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate Contract RenewalsTake initiatives in identifying growth opportunitiesCollaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growthEducation, Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent experienceExperience in managing multiple stakeholders and projectsA listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsExperience and strong knowledge in Microsoft OfficeExperience in using software for sales such as Salesforce and Hubspot is a plusBenefits Include:
