The Residence Inn by Marriott DFW Airport N/Grapevine, managed by Moody National Management LP is currently looking for Shuttle Drivers to join our team.

The Shuttle Driver enhances guest satisfaction by transporting hotel guests in hotel vehicles to and from designated locations in a professional, timely, courteous and safe manner.
Essential Functions:
•Utilizing the hotel van, drive hotel guests to and from assigned locations in accordance with regular schedule and special approved trips; comply with all traffic laws/regulations; assist guests with entering and disembarking from vehicle, as necessary;
•Respond to guest inquiries courteously; provide information regarding transportation, hotel services, local events, points of interest and activities.
•Conduct visual inspection of vehicle to help ensure ongoing safety and functionality; check lights, tire pressure, gas and oil, etc.; report any malfunctions as noted
•Maintain vehicle cleanliness; clean out interior of vehicle, disposing of trash, turning in found items to the hotel, and vacuuming seats and carpeting; ensure the exterior of the vehicle is washed as needed.
•Prepare and submit required reports to management.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Specifications:
•Sound working familiarity with safety and security procedures and guidelines and ability to safely operate commercial vehicle.
•Excellent driving record.
•Working knowledge of alternative local travel routes, hotel services and local area events and activities.
•Ability to read and understand written instructions to carry through driver responsibilities.
•Good command of the English language; second language proficiency desirable
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•Ability to maintain customer focus
•Excellent organizationaland planning skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work well in a team environment.
•Ability to follow corporate and brand standards and procedures.
Experience and Education:
•High School education or equivalent work experience.
•3 years excellent driver record. Must meet minimum driver points per Company Driver Safety Policy.
•Must be 25 years of age to be covered on Company insurance policy.
•Minimum training required per year as assigned by the company
•Any additional training required by manager
Work Environment:
•This job operates in a hotel environment. This role routinely drives company commercial vehicle.
•Work days and work hours may vary.
•This position drives a company vehicle 50% outdoors.May work indoors.
