Job Summary Undertake market & business development within the geographical scope for Infrastructure business in a Business-to-Project environment , specifically in wastewater segment (public and private)Key local resource to represent Imerys Infrastructure segment across all marketsWork and interact into a dedicated Infrastructure Team with several exchangesResponsibilitiesCommercial plan buildingPrepare budget, forecasts, and sales plans. Review sales performance against targets.Understand, support and execute the appropriate commercial roadmaps developed for the Infrastructure Solutions segments.Participate to Imerys Portfolio building with new products idea, complements,..Commercial plan execution and monitoringIdentify sales development opportunities and capture them (across multiple sectors).Use effective sales and development strategies, ensuring appropriate analysis and action plans are in placeNegotiate contracts with customers, working with the legal department to prepare the contract. Manage contract follow up.Implement actions requested by Customers through visit reports.Implement pricing strategy in coordination with the Area Sales Manager.Coordinate activities with Technical Support for Infrastructure projects and marketsEnsure relevant impact of technical presentations, job site trials and development projects.Manage market intelligence through the CRM toolSupport claim management (Salesforce)Represent Imerys in front of relevant wastewater AssociationsCompetencies and experienceB2P experience for an engineering solution in the Construction & Infrastructure field. Understanding of the typically long selling loops.Ideally 10+ years experienced with Specification Selling toward Public and Private sectors in wastewater segmentProven track record in Sales & Account Management or similar customer facing roleValue added selling and negotiation capabilitiesAble to work with a variety of stakeholders including public and para-public authorities (e.g. cities, governments, and water, energy and transport operators) and privately owned companies, contractors and consulting engineers specialized in wastewaterStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skillsThe position requires a good understanding of the Business-to-Project infrastructure ecosystem and ways to penetrate the market; “Hunter” mindset is essential.Self Motivated; Taste for challenges - entrepreneurial mentality, Autonomous, Able and willing to collaborate with peers in a remote manner.
