These Route Drivers work daily to provide the World Class Service we deliver with our snacks, food and beverages.**Starting Rate Range - $2,500 to $4,500 per month with potential for more in commissions**Benefits include: Health, Dental, Life, AFLAC, 401k, Vacation, & Holidays**WHAT YOU WILL DO:*** Our Route Sales Delivery Drivers work daily to provide World Class Service by providing snacks and beverages to our customers* Work independently and have World Class Customer Service and interaction with our customers and clients* Drive a company vehicle to deliver product (Pop, Snack, Pasty, Sandwich, Etc.)* Lift and Load product (50+ pounds) on and off the truck, with or without assistance* Walk, Sit, and Bend at waist and knees, Overhead reaching, Stooping, Climb Stairs, Drive* Use handheld computer* Take inventory and order product from warehouse to load on truck for delivery* Be responsible for taking money to and from machines in a safe* Be on time and present* Display Independent Judgement to maximize the sales to customers, by providing what they want* Have direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption**WHAT WE LOOK FOR:*** A safe driving record deemed by insurance carrier* A valid license* High School Education* Relevant work experience* Ability to travel everyday to and from the client/costumer site* Ability to drive a company vehicle in **all**-weather elements* Ability to work well with others and independently* Flexibility* Strong Customer service skills* Core Values: Integrity, Relationships, Innovation, Responsible & Growth
