** Sanders Brothers Construction**** Parts Delivery Driver- DD1121**Charleston, SC 29406**Parts Delivery Driver- DD1121**Sanders Brothers Construction is currently seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to support Sanders Brothers Maintenance and Shop operations in Charleston SC. The Parts Delivery Driver will be responsible for picking up and delivering various mechanic supplies and parts to support the repair and maintenance of Sanders Brothers vehicle and heavy equipment fleet.**Role and Responsibilities*** Pickup and deliver materials to all jobsites and shops.* Properly load and fasten materials to ensure safe transportation.* Follow directions of the purchasing manager.* Assist with keeping the parts room, shop, and company vehicles clean and orderly as needed.* Work in varying weather conditions and work environments including dusty, wet, loud noises, etc.* Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment clean and orderly, informing management of any safety concerns.* Comply with all SBCC policies, procedures and safety requirements.* Perform any other general duties as specified.**Qualifications and Education Requirements*** High school diploma/GED preferred.* Hold valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record by complying with standards established by SBCC policy.* Have the ability to obtain DOT medical certification.* Strong knowledge of tri-county area.* Experience loading and properly fastening materials on a flatbed or trailer.* Experience hauling a trailer.* Ability to recognize and identify poor quality products prior to installation.* Must obtain a negative drug test result prior to hire and maintain throughout term of employment.* Must meet SBCC's employment standards with regards to background checks.* Must have the ability to stand, crawl and kneel for long periods of time* Work environments will vary making it necessary to tolerate weather conditions, such as rain and extreme temperatures.
