Our Talent and Casting department oversees all casting for every pilot, series and long form movies produced. We are looking for a motivated, energetic assistant to support the EVP of the team.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed organizational and administrative support to EVPObserve meetings with talent, table reads, studio sessions, tapings, etc.Run casting tests upload and edit audition videos, schedule for the casting room and set up/run screeningsMaintain relationships with agents and managersGreet talent for meetingsInterfacing with development and current departmentsResearch actors and brands/current trendsCoordinate travel, visas, schedules and other travel logisticsGenerate travel and expense reportsSchedule/Calendar/Phone managementCreate and maintain contact sheetsInvoice tracking & processingCreate and update presentations, letters, and other forms of management reports and communicationsManage calendar and activities (Setting meetings, Call list, etc.)Internet researchMaintain production database and resume fileQualifications & Skills

Strong computer/technology skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and tech savvy, iMovie/Final Cut pro editingAttention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal presentation skillsSuperb organizational and time management skillsCan work independently to achieve goals and has a positive attitudeHas a global perspective and appreciation for cultural differencesExcellent oral (professional and friendly demeanor) and written (spelling, punctuation, grammar) communications skillsAble to multi-task and work well with others. Sense of humor is a mustDiscretion and integrityAt ease in fast-paced, high energy, ever-changing work environmentIn depth knowledge of the television/entertainment industry3-5 years administrative and organizational support for busy executiveExperience working in a fast pace environment with tight deadlinesAgency or Casting office experience a plusEducation: B.A., B.S., or equivalent experience preferred
