Job DescriptionRole Title: Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities• Lead IT projects across various domains, including network planning, software development, system enhancements, and new product launches, in alignment with corporate operating plans.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure project alignment with client expectations.• Manage complex projects from conception to production, handling multiple projects concurrently.• Foster teamwork and inspire team members to excel in pursuit of common goals and visions.• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and communication to keep project teams informed.• Establish criteria and communication protocols to prioritize and resource projects effectively.• Resolve conflicts and issues within project teams.• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and charters.• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and clients.• Review project status reports and ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets.• Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services. What you'll bring• Strong understanding of software/application development, IT infrastructure, and smart manufacturing.• Proficiency in team-oriented, global, collaborative environments.• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.• Strong ability to work independently and complete assignments within established parameters.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Proven leadership skills and experience influencing management.• Experience managing projects with budgets up to $2M.• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) Development and PM methodologies.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certifications preferred.• Limited travel required (less than 10%).
