Determine the quantity and mix of product to be purchased leveraging the demand plan, the ERP system, and logistics and supplier performance data.Reconcile inventories in the ERP system with inventory reports from remote stocking locations.Maintain and evaluate ERP planning parameters including but not limited to lot-sizing rules, lead times, and supplier information.Create purchase orders with complete and accurate price, load quantities and product descriptions to achieve the maximum amount of sales with the least amount of inventory.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or any related fieldMinimum of 1 year experience working in logistics or supply chain managementDetailed knowledge of logistics and inventory managementAdvanced mathematical and analytical skillsExperience with statistical analysisAbility to identify and anticipate stock prices based on market trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to write and present detailed inventory reports
