Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an AM RCA-Team Lead for our34-apartment High Acuity Assisted Living, CBRF. The AM RCA-Team Lead in HighAcuity Assisted acts as a Resident Care Associate and mentor/trainer for newand current staff. This role works Mondaythrough Friday and has an on-call weekend scheduling rotation for Eagle CrestSouth. Our building is also home to memory care and independent livingresidents.
WhatYou'll Do Assist residents with personal care, dailyactivities while helping them maintain their independence and dignity This position includes medication management,light housekeeping, and a variety of other related tasks Mentors and trains new and current staff onquality care practices, person-centered care, and daily tasks of theirposition WhatYou'll Need
Previous direct care experience, preferred Experience with medication management, CNA.and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train theright fit for our team! Our Wages
Our starting rate is between $18.50 + perhour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientationcompletion. And regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance! We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $0.75 PM, $2.00-weekend shift differential, and incentive pay These certifications are not required - wewill train the right fit for our team! OurBenefits
