Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Project Manager in Louisville, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and land development. As the Land Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development projects, from initial planning to final completion.
Key Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development projects Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Colorado Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D Technical competency in roadway design, utilities planning, drainage systems, and construction methods Responsibilities:
Lead site planning and land development initiatives Design grading, stormwater management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities, and site planning for various project types Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams including CAD drafters, designers, engineers in training (EITs), and Professional Engineers (PEs) Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address project requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations Benefits:
