Shuttle Driver - Valet Lexus of Cool Springs

Lexus of Cool Springs has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Shuttle Driver - Service Valet. We are looking for someone that enjoys meeting people and assisting them.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Greets and welcomes clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and assist them to the appropriate advisor or location* Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed* Installs disposable seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service* Inspects each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage* Washes, cleans and vacuums vehicle as needed* Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary* Transports customers to and from their destination when needed and requested* Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards* Follows all safety and security procedures* Performs other duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS*** No experience necessary. We are willing to train* Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record* Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles* Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces* Highly professional and dependable* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress* Must be customer service oriented* Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members* Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond* High school diploma or GED preferred* All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's licenseLocation (city, state or zip code) You must select a location.
