The SHERATON PARK CITY is currently seeking individuals to join our team as a SHUTTLE DRIVER. We are looking for individuals that are outgoing, enjoy working with people, and who know PARK CITY. Our team is made up of the best talent in the hospitality industry, down to every employee, position, and hotel.**OVERVIEW**The shuttle driver takes our guests to and from Main Street, Resorts in the winter, and other locations here in Park City. Our main goal is to ensure that all of our guests are given excellent customer service and are happy.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Shuttle guests to and from the ski resorts/mountain area; shuttle to and from Main Street Park City, and to other destinations in Park City.* Provide exceptional guest service to our guests.* Tell guests about Park City and recommend restaurants, things to do, etc.* Gas up the shuttle daily.* Wash the shuttle daily.* Ensure that shuttle is clean and free from clutter and dust.* Ensure that shuttle is consistently cleaned to all cleanliness standards, including COVID protocals.* Inspect shuttle daily ensuring it is safe to be driven.* Report any unsafe conditions.* Help resolve guest issues and ensure that guests are satisfied.* Lobby duty - standing in lobby and interacting with guests.* Assisting the bellstaff with taking luggage to rooms and cleaning bell carts.**REQUIREMENTS*** Must have valid and unexpired US drivers license. Driving record must be clean.* Must get a UDOT medical exam and drug test.
