Description
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assist Partnership in maintaining data for AICPA reviews and malpractice insurance Assist with administration of assigning financial statement technical review requests to appropriate personnel Independently performs file inspections on financial statements for all EFPR offices (it is anticipated this duty is a prime responsibility of the position) Maintain Attest Department staffing schedule Process financial statements and client correspondence for financial statement As needed all administrative staff will be responsible for:
Keep conference rooms and lobby clean and stocked with supplies Notify staff of FedEx deliveries, client information drop off and incoming faxes Keep front kitchen clean, run and unload dishwasher, monitor/order drink supply Meter outgoing mail and sort in-coming mail Assist with client mailings and other admin duties when asked Order lunches for meetings Help setup and clean up after meetings (room configuration, food, IT, etc.) Call courier when needed Log client pick-ups and certified receipts Maintain watering of plants Requirements
Skills:
Proficient computer skills in: Word Excel PowerPoint Attention to detail and accuracy Multi-tasking Able to listen and handle situations with clients and employees in a professional manner Able to work in a fast-paced, due-date oriented environment Maintains confidentiality of all client data at all times
The position is based in Rochster, NY. Consideration will be given to qualified employees if they wish to work remotely.
