Restoration Project Supervisors
work with owners and sub-contractors after events such as a fire or flood to clean upand repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Supervisor, you will supervise therenovation, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in thefield.
We are looking for individuals
who are results driven and can manage several moving parts at one time. If you are self-motivated and like to be rewarded on your ability to produce, this job is for you.

Team Compensation and Benefits:
Three months of structured training to learn the Paul Davis WayAccess to Paul Davis University and regular training opportunitiesCell phone and computer provided by companyCompany vehiclePTO and sick daysBase plus commission on projects completed. Our current RPM's yearly pay range from $40,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Requirements):
Ability to lead and develop a teamCareer emphasis on learning and continuing educationSound planning and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience*Construction project management experience is welcomed.
Role on the Team (Job Functions):
Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand ExperienceTrack metrics during bi-monthly reviewsConfirm budget and work orders before start of projectEnsure compliance with standards and regulationsBuild relationships with key customers - consumer and business customers.Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and subcontractors.The Ideal Restoration Project Supervisor:
• Is self-motivated• Likes working with people• Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time• Thrives under high stress situations• Has excellent communication skills and carries themselves in a professional manner• Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Is willing to work hard
Additional Skills Required:
Drug and background checks requiredPhysical Requirements: All types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
